Answer: During this time, none of our employees will be dispatched from our office if they are sick. They will be sent home and unable to return to work unless approved by a doctor.

Answer: Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning, we will charge you a $30.00 cancelation fee.
Answer: We do not give or share any key or code with anyone who does not work for us. We also return the key to the customer at the end of each cleaning appointment. We may only duplicate a key if it's a non-residential/commercial account.
Answer: Yes. You do not have to be at the property the whole time but you must be there when we arrive and preferably there when we finish.
Answer: It's rare but sometimes the manager or secretary may actually be one of the cleaners coming to your home or office.
Answer: When it comes to residential cleaning services, our cleaners usually dispatch in pairs of two.
Answer: High school diploma and no criminal background and no felonies.
Answer: No. We screen out all of our employees ourselves so you don't have to.
Answer: Phone or text is fine. We prefer phone calls over text.
Answer: If we break something, then we will of course pay for it.
Answer: We book all of our appointments for specific days and windows of time.

Answer: Cleaning your home is our number 1 priority. Sometimes we can be friendly on a social level but we will not interfere between you or your work.
Answer: We will still do the work but please pay AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you forget to leave a check, you have the option to pay in cash, debit/credit card, or cash app. Our Cash App handle is $PHCMichigan. There is also a 3 dollar fee for paying with a cash app. You also have the option to pay upfront or in advance.
